MORE THAN JUST A GREAT CLUB!
Here at Long Lane we have something for everyone. We had a great 2007/08 season and are looking forward to 2008/09. We are very proud of all our teams and we won 38 Club Awards, 5 League Championships, 9 Cup Winners, 3 Sportsmanship Awards, 5 League Runners Up and 14 teams were Cup Finalists. Take a look at our Awards 2007/08 for more details. Well Done to everyone.
We hope to be welcoming lots of new members this season and hope to see you down here at The Lane!
While the youngsters are training, Mums' and Dads' can pop into the clubhouse where the canteen and bar are open, or pop into the Long Lane gym to get fit! The canteen is a great asset to busy Mums' and Dads' on the go - no need to worry about getting tea - have something here! You can watch the latest sport on our TV and meet lots of new people.
We welcome parents who are happy to become fully involved in the club. We regularly run football coaching courses for any of you who might like to become involved with managing and coaching your own teams.
We have a full calendar of social events as well as the very best facilities.
What are you waiting for? Come and join a great Club!

WELL DONE GIRLS!
Long Lane U15 girls (next season U16's) who triumphantly reached the finals of the annual WASA Football Tournament in Finland are due to visit Finland again to partake in the Tournament once more and we wish the girls lots of luck. The girls returned last year to defend the cup they won the previous year on the West Coast of Finland. The girls only just missed out being beaten in the final. They played magnificent attacking football over the four-day tournament, scoring 28 goals and conceding just three!
The girls would again like to thank the Jack Petchey Foundation for helping them to make the trip again this year. Watch this space to see how they do this year!
We are pleased to announce that Long Lane JFC has been Awarded London & Regional Charter Standard Community club of the Year for the fifth year in succession and the U/15 girls also won the London Football Association Youth Cup, with the girls creating a little bit of history by winning the trophy for the fifth year in succession.
CONGRATULATIONS TO LONG LANE U/15'S WHO WON THE ILYFA CUP FOR THE FIFTH YEAR RUNNING!
Our 2007/08 programme is already rolling - check back here regularly to make sure you know about all the
forthcoming events this season. Don't miss out - book your tickets early!
Our constant programme of development and investment means that our on-site
facilities are always
improving. We now offer a Sports Injury Clinic
as the latest addition to our range of services.
If you're here because you want to play for a team, we're looking for
footballers to join boy's and girl's squads. Have a look at our
players wanted pages.
